The development of FRP grille industry mainly faces two challenges: the price of raw materials and strict rules and regulations. The high price of raw materials is a big challenge for the FRP industry. The higher oil price and the faster economic growth than the investment in raw materials and equipment have limited the main raw materials used in resin production, so that the price growth runs through the whole value chain, resulting in a decrease in gross profit and demand, which has a great impact on the profits of the whole value chain. The increasingly strict rules and regulations are another big challenge facing the FRP industry.
The GRP grating plate has a series of advantages, such as long service life, low cost, no danger and reliability, no maintenance, and elegant appearance. FRP grille is widely used in the field of modern decoration; In addition, the presence of corrosive liquid and gas causes the rapid corrosion of metals in these areas. Although measures such as anti-corrosion layer are taken, the corrosion of components is still amazing, which not only causes poor production environment, but also affects non hazardous production. Sometimes, it has to stop production for maintenance. Using FRP grating as structural material in these areas can play a very good role, Such products have been widely used in the United States for more than 30 years.
The following describes the main application fields of GRP grille:
Water treatment: maintenance walkway, gutter cover plate, large container, washer, trash rack, water trough, biochemical water treatment pool hanger, ventilation window, stair, operation console pavement
Chemical plant: stair plate, operating platform, guardrail, double-layer floor, trench cover plate, filter grid
Petroleum Industry: offshore petroleum platform textile factory: replace metal grating and wooden platform and cover cement floor, beside bleaching and dyeing tanks, floor, near the valve, etc. power plant: chemical water workshop trench cover plate, waste water tank and other metal surface treatment: acid washing liquid place, around the machine instead of wood floor, around the highly corrosive containers, electroplating line walkway, double-layer ground marine food processing plant: harsh environment such as greasy surface, on ships
Transportation industry: platforms, ship decks, walkways, stair boards
Beverage industry: stair plate, replacing expensive stainless steel, loaded floor
Pulp and processing plant: stair boards, floors, floor walkways and places with high humidity
Electronics: trench cover plate, pickling workshop, anti-static (anti-static grid) and high cleanliness workshop
Meat processing plant: easy to corrode floors, stairs, greasy floor worktables and stair boards
Others: corrosion-resistant shelves, decoration, square fountains, scaffolding, civil construction facilities, breeding fences and double floors, etc.
Glass fiber reinforced plastic grating plate, glass fiber reinforced plastic grating cover plate is a kind of plate-shaped material with many spaces, which is made of glass fiber as reinforcement material, unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, and through special processing and compounding. The grating is made of glass fiber interlaced weaving, resin pouring and overall molding.
Their applications: in life, they can be used as space ceiling, external partition, community walkway, park fountain cover plate, stair treads, car wash grille cover plate; In the factory, it can be used as sewer cover plate, pool cover plate, operating platform, stair treads and floor walkways; In urban greening, it is used as well cover plate, cable trench cover plate, trench cover plate, trench cover plate, sewer cover plate, pipe cover plate, tree grate, etc.
The preferential price of GRP grating cover plate manufacturers will rise or fall with the price of raw materials. The above price can only be used as a reference. The above is the quotation of some specifications of GRP grating cover plate. GRP grating cover plate should select the appropriate type of raw materials and surface type according to the requirements of customers' use environment, so as to determine the specific product price.
